The Resurrection of Jesus makes all things possible.  When we say that as Christians, we aren't saying that whatever we want will come true.  We're saying that what each of us most desperately needs - whether we recognize it or not - has been provided by the God of the Universe.  We can be forgiven because of what Jesus accomplished by his life, death, and resurrection.
