Nwyfre, pronounced (noo-if-rey) is the Celtic equal for Qi, or prana. 
The energy of old moves through us, some welcome in these stories and they carry them through. 

The Daoine Sídhe, the Faerie Folk of Ireland, in  many ways have inspired our modern day holiday of All Hallows Eve, when the veil is thinnest between worlds. 

This track woven by Christmas, features quotes from Joseph Campbell, the hero with a thousand faces, as well as a few other recognizable moments.
