How Attractive!

Little mess about I did writing a proper old school 8 bit theme song to a non existent game. If the game existed it would be rock solid, great gameplay, and up there with Megaman. I'd say it would have got strong 90% scores in TOTAL! back in the day. It would be called Alf Bamford's Knob Out!! (Like Mike Tyson's Punch Out!!)

Good fun getting all the sounds spot on and the style of melodies. Intricate! Just a bit of fun really.

「聖剣伝説３ Trials of Mana」発売記念ということで、ボス戦のBGM「Faith Total Machine」のリミックスを作りました。

聖剣伝説は個人的にとても好きなシリーズで、特に３とLOMは僕の今までのゲーム歴の中でも、特に思い出深いゲームです。

聖剣伝説３は、スーパーファミコンとは思えないほどの仕上がりのゲームで、今プレイしても綺麗だと思えるクオリティだと思います。
BGMに関しても例外ではなく、菊田裕樹氏の手掛けたBGMの数々は、当時まだ小学生だった僕の心を一瞬にして魅了してしまいました。
今思えば、僕がゲーム音楽に興味を持ったきっかけは、この聖剣伝説３と菊田裕樹氏のおかげでした。

それから20年以上が経ち、大人になった僕が子供の頃から大好きだったゲームのBGMをリミックスさせていただきました。

Cover - Secret of Mana (Electronic remix)

EliteFerrex is a legacy gaming and electronic musician based in Southern California. He composes 8-bit and 16-bit, electronic, and orchestral music.

He first started producing music in 2006 at age 17, using FL Studio 6, and began uploading content on the Audio Portal of user-created content giant Newgrounds.com in March of 2007, creating video game music covers from classic series such as Mega Man, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Donkey Kong Country. He attributes his desire to create music in legacy gaming style to childhood experience with the NES, Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, and other platforms whose music has become the stuff of retro gaming legend.

The primary form of his work stems from the creation of "limitless" 8-bit and 16-bit music, which uses retro synthesizers to utilize classic 8-bit and 16-bit sound with the expanded capabilities of modern production software to overcome the traditional hardware audio limitations of classic gaming consoles, allowing expansion of the genre, and achieving a more diverse spectrum of musical composition.
