Remixinhambane:

Is a worldwide remixcontest to connect musicians and producers around the world with singers from Inhambane, Mozambique. We offer complete vocal tracks of original african songs for remixing in a new musical context. 

Wanna take part in the remix-contest?

It´s really simple: 

Choose one of the songs you would like to remix from: http://soundcloud.com/remixinhambane/sets/files4remixx/

Send us an email to info@remixinhambane.com with a short description of your music with a link to your homepage/music online and a photo. 

We then will provide you a high quality, tempo synched, multi-track voice recording of an original song, recorded with singers in Studio Bom Dia in Mozambique. You can then rearrange, remix, reconstruct it in what ever way you like and combine it with your own musical ideas and flavours. 

In 2012 we will release a compilation with chosen remixes and bonus material, if you want to share your talent and inspiration with african singers, take part!
