After gaining recognition online by interpolating male-written songs from a female perspective, ASTON soon built a global community of listeners who were mutually empowered through her music. The release of her 2023 single Mama Didn’t Raise No gained notable virality and accelerated ASTON into a Marvel feature, international tours, and support from the likes of iHeart radio and SXSW.
