Matthew William Carnegie (a.k.a William Carnegie) hails from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and is an American RnB singer/songwriter. Carnegie’s music is known for it’s “blend of hip hop-rhythm & blues-neo-soul” sound that pays homage to the true spirit of it’s genre. Inspired by influences such as Phil Collins, Richard Marx, Tony Terry, Ready For The World, New Edition, Boyz II Men, and the late Michael Jackson; it’s easy to see where Carnegie’s music gets it’s culture and diversity.
