This is a 3 minute pre-induction file which can be listened to before any hypnosis or meditation audio session.
Deepening your trance can be easily achieved with a minor amount of pre-trance mental preparation. Listening to this file in advance of your chosen session will help you to go further into trance each time you do. Simply add this file to the beginning of your playlist to receive hypnotic deepening suggestions.

Deepening

This is a short 3 minute pre-induction designed to be played before any meditation or hypnosis session of your choice.
Erase the short term distractions and suggestions of the day which clutter your thoughts with this 3 minute mind wiping pre-induction. Loop it alone to clear out old programming when you are ready to upgrade, or add it to the start of your playlist for a deeper hypnotic trance.
