Dutch singer/ songwriter Ellen Shae has been performing on stage since the early age of 13.

She took classical guitarlessons when she was 16 but was already beginning to play the compositions in her own way. She was a leadsinger in several bands, singing rock/ blues/ jazz. She began to develop herself on guitar in her own style and wrote her own songs. In 2014 she released her first album "My window" as an Independent artist, in 2017 she released "Clouds" with Sera Smolen as a guest musician playing cello on 2 songs. She is working on a new recording working with Producer Rich Depaolo (Ithaca) which is gonna be partially recorded in Amerika/ partially in Belgium . Summer 2019 she was featured as one of the Emerging artists at Falcon Ridge Folkfestival.
