Mike Sacrtezina is Native born to Arizona. As a youth in Tucson his family was well connected to many of the latino families around the area. He would attend many folkloric Musical gatherings. This is where he first developed his love for the sound of the conga. It wasn't till later in his life he realized his true calling to be a musician. 
In 2006 he moved to Oakland to pursue a career in music. Thats when he met world famous percussionist Marcio Peeter from the Bloco Afro Ile Aye. He began to apprentice with Marcio. Learning the nuances of Samba from Bahia.Mike began playing Timbal in the local group OMO IYE. They played events such as San Jose jazz fest, and SF Carnival. The group dismantled, and converted to Bahia Sol. In Bahia Sol went on to Play SF carnival 4 years in a row.  And collaborated with members of OLODUM. After playing in Samba bands professionally in the bay for over five years, new doors began to open. Albino Afrobeat band hired Mike to play congas and percussion for them. Award winning local bay area afrobeat band. After two years, members of Albino formed AfroMassive. A group ahead of its time. A blend of hip hop, Afrobeat, jazz, and electronica. This is where Seun Kuti came into the picture. Son of legendary Fela Kuti. Afromassive opened six west coast shows for Egypt 80. The original band of Fela Kuti. Sitting in on a tune with Egypt 80 was one of the happiest days of my life. Afromassive also recorded a full length Album. 
Currently Mobando, and Bloco Elektro are on the table. Mobando is a SF based hip hop salsa band, featuring a Grammy award winning horn section. Bloco Elektro is his own creation. An Electronically infused samba band based in Nevada City.

Hello my Name Is Keith I love Life & Music. Music gets me through life & Life teaches me music. Music Is A Tool Used To Make Souls Move. I'm A New Englander at heart where the Masshole's Vermontster's and Maineac's dwell. I'm from Massachusetts originally born on Cape Cod Grew up in Boston, but lived all over & traveled the country  following music. I play Guitar, Drums & Bass witch is my main instrument. I also sometimes like to freestyle MC a little bit when the moment is rite. I grew up listening to Soul R&B Hip-Hop and Classic Rock. I Love All Types Of Music Though!!! I found myself listening to a lot of Jam Bands (GratefulDead,Phish,SCI,STS9,MMW) since I was a kid.I took up Hip-Hop, Blues, Jazz, bluegrass. I've been in Cali the last 3 years learning and practicing computer software program called Ableton. I got Ableton in 2010 (in Boston) and it has taken till now (in Cali hanging with Pe$key & K-Mo & being around lots great artist producers & music ) to finally express myself and the thoughts and ideas that I have in my head to share with you all.
