Ufffff. <3 Is der schon released und erwerbbar? :)

Immer wieder zauberhaft diese Perle des elektronischen Beats!🥰

🎧 ...so nice. Still waiting really hard for a buy/download possibility! <3

Eure Karmakinder

Magician On Duty proudly announces a new installment of its Journey Series, welcoming the artist lucidlavalamb with a deeply immersive live recording captured at Liebesting Festival 2025 in Vesoul, France.

This contribution is rooted in a simple but essential idea: how we begin the day shapes everything that follows. Recorded during an early festival moment, the set was designed as a calm and mindful sonic offering, created to support a stressless and grounded start amid the fast pace of contemporary life. With this recording, lucidlavalamb translates that intention into sound, delivering a fluid and restorative musical journey that reflects both presence and ease.

Since 2011, lucidlavalamb has been shaping musical experiences as a DJ, sonic curator, and creator of audio art through his platform Soundkulissendesign. His work is defined by a deep fascination with forgotten, overlooked, and rediscovered music, which he carefully recontextualizes into new emotional narratives. His sets unfold like light-footed stories, sometimes airy and delicate, sometimes playful and rhythmic, often drifting between groove and hypnosis. His sound language moves freely across a wide spectrum, connecting ambient atmospheres, cosmic funk, exotic electro textures, world-inspired dance rhythms, breakbeat-infused dream states, and Balearic trance influences.

At the core of his approach lies a philosophy of openness and unpredictability. Each performance is shaped in real time, guided by sensitivity to the room and the emotional flow of the audience. The result is always fluid and evolving, never fixed, always responsive. Over the years and across more than 250 live performances since 2021, he has also worked closely with nand_musik as a soundscape designer, live DJ, and co-producer, further refining his ability to transform spaces into living, breathing musical environments.
The Magician On Duty Journey Series release captures this essence in full. It is not just a recording of a set, but a document of a moment where intention, atmosphere, and audience energy converged into a shared experience. As always, the guiding principle remains that uncertainty is part of the journey, and within it lies the magic of discovery.

The recording features music supported by Soundkulissendesign and includes works and influences from artists such as alldatmadis, miramann, map.ache from Giegling and Waking Life, alexibaris, kinobeofficial, music from memory, damonpalermo, pheeels, a_moves, openspaceworld, guy_mandon, oliver.rf5, truffle__101, groovearmada, and jam and spoon’s dub interpretation for moby, among others.

With this release, Magician On Duty continues its mission of presenting deeply curated sonic journeys that blur the line between listening and feeling, offering music not just as entertainment, but as a space for reflection, movement, and inner expansion.

We got a little sentimental when dobimo stepped through our door — and honestly, how could we not. He's one of the founding faces of occu, a true pillar of the Leipzig underground and a name that echoes through the city's festival scene. Life has since taken him to Hamburg, but for this project he made his way back for a short week, and what he left behind is this masterpiece.

His roots in drums and music theory run deep, and you can feel every bit of that in this set. The way he moves through deep house, drum breaks and hypnotic fades feels completely natural, while minimalist pads and powerful leads give the whole thing real weight and direction.

For us, this was a proper happy hour in the studio. For you, it should be an easy listen from start to finish — the kind of set you put on and just let run.
So turn it up.

Enjoy dobimo.

27th sequence of the unframed cast. This time with our dear friend and long-time supporter @bennowohl – Vienna-based DJ and one of the key names in the city when it comes to micro and minimal house.

With over 20 years behind the decks, Benno has been shaping dancefloors with groove-driven sets that move effortlessly between minimal, micro house, and organic influences from disco, funk, and hip-hop. His sound is defined by hypnotic flow, rolling basslines, and a focus on long-form groove rather than peak-time intensity.

Rooted at Lake Constance and shaped through formative years in Berlin’s club culture, he developed a distinct musical identity that sits between underground sensibility and accessible groove. Known for his subtle transitions and storytelling approach, Benno always builds a deep connection with the room.

A trusted friend of unframed since the very beginning and a constant presence in Vienna’s deeper club landscape – always representing that stripped-back, forward-moving sound we value so much.

Best enjoyed when time disappears and the groove takes over.
