Nic Miranda found his passion for electronica and progressive house at the age of 14. Inspired by the likes of Sasha, Deep Dish, John Digweed, and Nick Warren and their Global Underground sets, Nic relentlessly practiced beat-matching and key mixing  after school, on his Technics — perfecting the craft of DJ'ing. He quickly rose through the local ranks, appearing twice on Dallas' 102.1 FM Edgeclub radio show, and opening for world-renowned DJs in the city's hottest nightclubs. In 2006 (at the age of 21), he went on to establish Oscuro Entertainment, a DJ and nightlife promotion firm, which garnered a massive following, and attracted talented musicians from all over the world. 

Over the years, Nic has been able to build on his Tech House sound, exhibiting a penchant for floor-shaking basslines and soul-triggering melody.

Hey music lovers,
 thanks for taking the time out to see what I am all about.  First and foremost, I love this style of music since the first day I heard this.  I was in my late teens when I was introduced to these wicked beats.  I was hooked for life. Thanks to those that have paved the way to this blissful space we call electronic music for the masses expanding your mind with beats and rhythms. Thanks to companies that are pushing the technology for artists to be so creative.
