Wow, 10 Litterboxes deep and we are still going strong! 

Through the previous 9 compilations we have been able to bring 131 new, spicy tracks directly to your ears. That’s a crazy number! One thing we really love about the Litterbox compilation is bringing so many artists with different followings all into one place, sharing their audiences with each other and helping to grow and expand their fan bases. Cause at the end of the day we’re all one, and we love to see each other succeed!

This Litterbox is no different to the last, except for some talented new faces bringing the fresh heat. We have BOC favourites like Pass The 40 making a comeback, Cave Studio making their first appearance on the label, as well as Ratman & Bobbin who have been on our radar for some time. This is really just the surface of what Litterbox X has to offer, and you really need to dive deep in to get the full experience. 

The Litterbox has always been a baby of ours that we cherish and hold close. Some of our biggest and most memorable tracks come from these packs, so do yourself a favour and don’t push skip ;)

We are two DJs who have been putting records together for over ten years. We have played in various underground venues in Turin, including the Sugho club, the Tweed, the DR sax and the Bunker.
We created this project to embrace our shared artistic vein for techno music and finally give free rein to our desire and need to produce tracks.

 West Midlands based, Mortalyf has been pioneering his stripped back sound over the last few years. Now part of Leftback label, where he has been releasing his own original productions as well as collaborations with others from the crew. Mortalyf has been a revered part of the scene in the North of the UK and beyond, consistently notices for his infallible dexterity and skills behind the decks, as well as his fiercely bold and constantly growing stamp on the scene throughout his productions and releases.

Nils Koenig returns to Kittball Records with a bang. After hitting the KITTBALL KONSPIRACY VOL. 3 in 2011 with his chilled deep house wave „Tonight“, he finally rejoins the family with „HERE & NOW“.

Koenig teamed up with Knopfloch Kombinat to bring a true to style melodic deep house tune to the decks around the globe. Knopfloch Kombinat (Vatti Schindel & Shawn Elter) is a duo based in Soest (Germany) with a great history of releases on Hamburgs Moonboutique Records. All three are united by a lifelong love for the scene.

The story of HERE & NOW begins at the start of this turbulent year. Backstage on a festival, Nils and Schindel found themselves philosophizing over melodies and harmonies. The stars aligned as they decided to take it to the studio where, two days later, HERE & NOW was born.

„For us, Kittball immediately came to mind as the logical fit.“ Kittball patrons Tube & Berger and Juliet Sikora didn’t hesitate a second to add this one to the catalog.

During the last few years, Elmar's personal surroundings have developed into a creative source of energy with which he has been maximizing his potential and expertise. Together with his early companion and friend Florian Frings he founded his own label 5D.records.

"LIFE exists. Now we have to level up the transfers between the “5th” and “reality”. You want to know how that works? 
Just keep your mind open. Everything will be explained without spoken words. You will hear it!“

In 2012, Elmar's own artistic vision gave birth to his debut album: “living.LIFE". What was once meant to be a live-set for an upcoming festival, evolved into a 13 track release. Infused with the living essence of sound, it is an intimate collection of snapshots that reflect more than words ever could. "living.LIFE" were released on his own label 5D.records in December 2013.

A few months later, a big dream came to reality. 
Elmar dropped his first own 4 Track EP. (DayNight EP). 
Released on Richie Hawtin ́s Label M_NUS.

Three years after his debut album, he is ready with the second one! “EXISTED.live” will also be released on 5D.records. Followed by the “EXISTED.live Remix Series A – I“ presented by Elmar Strathe. Continuously released on 5D.records in 2017.
