[ELMA053] is hosted by a DJ and producer duo from Scotland - Stevie Wilson & Danny Smith. Two years ago, Stevie remixed Mark Greene with big success. 
Now he continues on elmart records with a banging cooperation EP with Clutch Trax label owner Danny Smith. 
Their new 'Vortex' EP will be released on 17th of March 2015. 
These three tracks are convincing with banging grooves and a guarantee to get any crowd moving on the dance floor.

Born in Perth in Sunny Scotland in November 1983, before moving to Glasgow a year later, Danny Smith's love for tuneage and DJ'ing developed in the 90's through playing his big brothers cassette tapes and decks. In the year 2000, Danny visited Ibiza for the first time... and this is where his love for tunes, busting moves, DJ'ing and clubbing (and beer!) further developed! 

Following his first gig in April 2005 at a one off night in Glasgow, Danny quickly secured a number of gigs as well as a featured mix in IDJ magazine. A residency in world renowned The Arches in Glasgow soon followed and in 2010 Danny decided to get into the studio with Leon Watson. Together they produced a number of tracks quickly signed up by labels such as Sebian, WR Germany &amp; Cutoff Recordings. Danny has since produced a number of solo productions and had a number of tracks and remixes signed and released on various labels including Eklero, Limbo, Clubstream, WR Germany, Control Room and Traxacid. 

Recently, Danny teamed up with Clutch Slip (Gobsmacked, Neurotraxx, UnterNull, Section 15, Midimal) - aka Leon Watson &amp; Twandy - to create Clutch Trax. This new &amp; exciting label will take you up and down the gears of electronic music with a techno inspired drive. Initially, it will showcase a number of originals and remixes by themselves, with remixes from top class producers from around the world. The first release is due for around the beginning of 2012, so watch this space... YAWZ!


The Upper Austrian youngster has been addicted to electronic music since his early youth.
He started his DJ career with the age of 15 and after two years of practice, Alex Lemar finally arrived at the electronic music style House. In following years, he invested a lot of time and energy in perfecting his mixing skills and changing his sound from commercial house beats to uncommerical Techhouse and straight Techno sounds.
In 2008, he was offered the opportunity to support the Austrian labels ‘elmart’ and ‘HouseArt’ as assistant. Alex took the opportunity to get an insight into the DJ, label and recording business. First DJ gigs as opening act at various events followed.
In 2009, Alex Lemar convinced several club owners through his performance on stage and was offered jobs as resident DJ. Moreover, he immersed himself in the music production and produced his first tracks.
Alex took over more and more responsibilities in managing ‘elmart’. Due to his engagement and will to perfect he raised the popularity of the record label and built up relationships with many well known national and international artists.
He produced different remixes and releases for labels like Heavy Snatch Records, Naughty Pills Records, Gobsmacked Rec, We Call It Hard Germany and elmart. Therefore he worked with artists like Space DJz, Martyn Hare, Robert Stahl, Peat Noise, Stockhammer and many others.
