To all my followers and friends..i am in the middle of moving house after the neighbour from hell has driven us mad over the past 7 years and forced us to up sticks and move!!...i just wanted you all to know i will get round to answering all your comments as soon as we are settled in our new home,it is quite chaotic at the minute and i don't have much time to do anything,i just pop on here when i have 5 minutes to spare,so please forgive me for not answering your much loved comments.I have had to pack away all my recording equipment and guitars and will get back to recording as soon as i can,i have been going through a few of the tracks that i had previously recorded and will post them as and when i can,so until then take care everyone and stay safe and well..Love to you all Ged :)

Run Back Home to Me (Leif Ka)

We're back again with Scratch and Sniff, having added Santi-Caballero Mendez's beautiful latin flute playing over a funky original.  Here's a fun one that combines a lot of sounds, grooves and influences, Scratch and Sniff. This original's built on a funky drum groove, where I discovered the ability to scratch using the pitch bend wheel on my synth, and then added some Latin jazz piano comping. With that sound in mind, went looking to find some players who's styles would complement the groove and immediately thought of Stuttgart's prolific Calaminus @calaminus and Boston's groovemaster MasterTonyD @mastertonyd, two real masters of funky groove. Each added to the overall sound, Jorg with some scratch sounds, the fun vocals and a little complementing horn to my Miles type muted trumpet lines, and Tony with a rock solid bass synth line. Then asked New York jazz guitarist extraordinaire Al Schulman @alanschulman to do his beautiful thing over the top. Thanks to the guys for working with me on this. A tough one to master, and I needed the liberty to do some splicing to get to this, as we have about 10 different tracks working together to find that Scratch and Sniff groove.
