Hi guys bit of a background to the mix. This is my era of Trance. The years i fell in love properly with the music, the clubbing, everything. 

Basically one night i was due to go into my local pub for a few pints before heading up town. One of my mates who's actually on Soundcloud, check him out https://soundcloud.com/peterfenna was in the pub. He asked what we was all up to, he was in there for the same reason, but he was already by then an experienced Trance clubber. He randomly mentioned there was a night in Birmingham on that night called Godskitchen. I actually already knew about Godskitchen. I already liked Trance as i'd been listening to compilations since 1999, but had never been clubbing, due to being too young and also being a soldier at the time. I jumped at the opportunity and said i'd  love to go and that's where things all changed for me and i fell in love with trance in a big way. Nothing else mattered but those nights and euphoric breakdowns. Going to Gods and Cream watching my hero at the time Paul Van Dyk, who i believe was untouchable at the time 2001-2004. Also Armin Van Buuren when he was resident was brilliant.  And that era has inspired this mix. Trance from those golden years which stayed with me and resonated with me at the time. This was probably my most challenging mix i have done. Stupid intro's, que points in weird places and varying voulmes and EQ variables which  kept me on my toes throughout, but thoroughly enjoyed the challenge. I hope you enjoy this mix as much as i have and i hope it bring back memories of the best years of Trance in my opinion.
