The thing that annoys a lot of people about core and some of their supporters is their political correctness. It seems clear to pretty much everyone that core (the majority of core) wants 1MB blocks. But they always dance around it, like "oh, I want bigger blocks too, but" or "big blocks are a good idea, but". Just say what you think!        FULL DISCLOSURE: I support smaller blocks/segwit.

I'd like to point out that I was invited to just come in and have an informal talk with people in their team speak channel.  When I arrived,  they had a four on one semi-formal debate ready to go.   I don't have any problem debating anyone on the issues,  but to invite someone to a debate under false pretenses is a very dishonest thing to do.

Roger please. I started posting on r/bitcoin primarily to correct a lot of the misinformation being thrown around regarding the blocksize debate. Why would I need to do this if discussion on the issue was being drowned out? Moderation definitely exists, and maybe it does get a bit heavy-handed at times; but to say that discussion is not allowed is simply being dishonest.
