Jinku was commissioned by the Alliance Francaise Nairobi, for their 70th anniversary, to do a mix showcasing Kenya's musical heritage and highlight Alliance Francaise contribution to arts and culture. I was so pissed off this year by my own actions and my interactions with others. I felt i was really doing my best, but going nowhere really. I'm not advocating for anger or -ve vibes. But ignoring something poisonous/destructive like anger is pure arrogance. 
Emotions play a huge role in our lives...they become evident in our actions. 
The question is... 

Whats the next step once you know your angry ? Will you let it consume you?
