Missed Calls is like feeling some serious emotional clashing. Maybe enjoyment and confusion at the same time. On one side there is happiness and joy from thing that you are doing right now and on the other side there is self doubt from fact that you are not doing things that you should do for your better tomorrows. It is weird that you feel happy anyways somehow. Happiness, sadness, excitement, anger, everything at once! Just Missed Calls. It is pretty emotional and wild. It can also be quite fierce, melancholic and also happy at the same time I'd say.

I've always wanted to make serious music. But in all seriousness I'm bit of a raver too. Okay maybe just a little bit more than little.. So as a little detour from my upcoming TD album that I'm gonna release next month I'm presenting you this short piece. It's called just RAVES. I just wanted to make some stuff that's fun and so I did. And that's all what it is about. Just RAVES. It doesn't matter if it's legal/illegal/in club or in fields somewhere in middle of nowhere. It doesn't matter which genre it is. All that matters is that it's just safe place for those who really want to turn on, tune in and drop out. It is more than just ''that thing'' for youngsters. It is culture that connects people across all ages and all types of religions and philosophical beliefs. It is just one big culture that I admire. So I made This little EP as tribute to this complex thing.

I'll be first to admit that Breaking Cycles is kinda heavier than my releases before. Although Breaking Cycles is dark and gloomy, it proves the opposite. At least in my life. It is about breaking cycles after all and I'm more than ready to let go of old stuff that is holding me back and move on to the next phase in my life. This EP represents that and also comments on some of the actual human problems that we all have from time to time. It deconstructs all of that emotions so you can hear them and feel them. The last few months have been really hectic and I got into a position where I have to reassess everything and properly prioritize where I will put my time and energy. Everything is happening everywhere and especially at the same time. And so I decided to voluntarily "complicate" things a little more and I'm releasing another single, which is one more time diametrically different from what I've released so far. You ask why? Well, simply because I enjoy it this way the most! SO/EEAAO is my take on the already hard to define Deconstructed Club and Hyperpop. The track is almost two years old, but its hecticness reminds me of my current life, and that's why I'm only releasing it now. No other track currently reflects my life like this track. Everything everywhere and at once... Lately, I feel that my ADHD, which I love above all else, is also starting to manifest itself in the fact that I am hypersensitive to sounds and various circumstances in life that I can't completely control. I like being the boss of what's going on around me. Well, as we all know, that is not always entirely possible. As someone with ADHD, I love the hectic and ever-changing colorful variety of life! Especially when I solve and experience something in which I see meaning. But there are moments when it is really too much for me. Those in the know certainly know that the life of a musician and a multi-faceted artist is not only about free creativity and being a bohemian, doing whatever and however you want, but there is also an enormous amount of demanding activities on the side. Whether it is the creation itself or the preparation of DJ sets, composition and training of LIVE ACTS, management of socials, PR activities, various correspondence, work with video, work with graphics, work with photos, education in many fields, personal and professional growth, art directioning, work socialization, proper time management, huge planning ahead, conceptualization, preparation of text materials, self-presentation, maintenance of physical and mental health and much more, just as important. Anyone in the know knows that this is just the tip of the iceberg and that each of these tasks contains at least 10 additional sub-tasks that last anywhere from two hours to two months and sometimes more. The most difficult thing is when a person is almost alone for all this, or has little money on the side and can only afford a little help from friends/acquaintances, whom he would be happy to pay. Thank God for those who will do it either out of love for me, or out of love for my work, for free or at a lower price. I love you and thank you! So that someone doesn't misunderstand, I don't want to complain, I just want to explain the complexity of my current life and the reasons behind this track. Honestly, I love this job more than anything and I am extremely grateful for it! I am grateful for my efforts, for my achievements and for being able to do what I do the way I do it. And although it's very challenging at times, it's a blessing and I wouldn't want to do anything else in my life! I believe that over time I will recruit a professional team of people in my life and gradually I will be able to delegate these things reliably and efficiently and I will be able to pay them accordingly. For now, this is how it is, and that's why I'm issuing SO/EEAAO. It's an ode to my current life, to my ADHD, to my overload, and to my dedication and love for what I do.

Hi it's your boy Elýščítat here! So.. About this short 172BPM track of mine: I just wanted to make something groovy, good mood orientated and easy to dance to. So here's LTBH! It's my short attempt to make fusion of Chicago Footwork/Jersey Club/Juke and Philly Club just because I've been a big fan of these genres for a long time. I love to play these genres a lot in my DJ Sets so now I can just perform it in my LIVE SHOW too. And that's whole story around this track. I don't mean no disrespect to any culture! The process of healing is long, difficult and, from a psychological point of view, often does not have a final destination. In a way, it's like a sinusoid. I created this breakbeat track exactly with the feelings of healing, which at the time reflected my process of putting myself together after many unpleasant experiences, such as breaking up with an ex-girlfriend, or after failures in both professional and personal life. I cannot claim that I am fully healed, as there is no such thing. But I can confidently say that I am on the right track! As they say, the journey is the destination. I feel healthier and am actively working on recovery. I am learning to discover the magic of life and emotions as they are. I gave up alcohol for good and eliminated drugs from my life. For example I haven't smoked gas for for two months and the only thing I'm currently indulging in is caffeine, nicotine and porn. Honestly, those are really the worst addictions that are currently destroying my brain and nervous system in an enormous way. It usually happens that the legal drugs are the biggest crap. But hey, whatever, we all love them. I'll put that together over time..🙂 I'm currently acquiring much healthier and more effective patterns and those that no longer serve me, I leave. The results are gradually more visible and for that I'm thankful. I am actively exercising and learning to lead an efficient and sober life. I now need to devote energy, time and money to much more important things than e.g. weed. I owe it to myself! I even started going to therapy and it feels really great! Track HEALING is a reflection of exactly this necessary upheaval and the necessary shift to professionalism in my life. The track is emotionally somewhere on the level of my current life. It is full of love, joy, exuberance, progress, but also melancholy and a certain, hard-to-describe sadness. As is usual in my work, it is a mixture of many possible emotions at once. In terms of genre/inspiration, I would assign the track to things made by Skee Mask, DjRUM or Four Tet. It is Breakbeat with elements of IDM, Trip Hop, Downtempo, Electronic Psychedelia and Avant-garde, Eclectic Electronica. The track starts at 60 BPM, progresses to 128 BPM and ends again at 60 BPM.

HEALING

Since in my current work I have been reflecting on, among other things, dance genres such as deconstructed club or ghetto tech, I decided to release this 162 BPM banger, which seals it all into one beautiful, original fusion. I honestly don't know exactly what kind of fusion I created, as I sometimes get lost in so many sub-genres of different electronics, but it was mainly based on my emotions. Since everything in my life is becoming more hectic and complex, I decided to make and name the track adequately to my mood. It's quite a ride, taste it. It's unique, danceable and fresh! I have also prepared a video clip for this track so stay tuned! I also wanted to use this track to remind you of the upcoming LP, which I will announce properly at an undetermined time. (We are getting close!)

Heya, this one's called ''Look, It's Snowing!'' and to me personally, it encapsulates magical and yet harsh conditions of a walk during winter times. It is reminiscent of my childhood when Winters were harsher around here. Just imagine how you are walking through the windy woods and there's a lot of snow everywhere, you are cold, maybe even wet, but yet somehow amazed by it's sheer beauty. I wanted to make something Christmasy/Wintery themed but with more Post-Club/Electronica approach to it.

It is like an imaginary milestone for me! After longer time I feel like I'm actively moving forward and getting along w/ more things more effectively. I can feel it in my music as well as in every aspect of my life. When I heard it in it's first version before two years ago I felt it instantaneously.. I'm Growing Up! I'm becoming more whom I always wanted to be! Ofc growth isn't always about positive energy and instant progress. Sometimes it can be overwhelmingly fierce and nasty but at the end it's worth every penny. Just like my track! I've always had particular feeling that this track would mean a lot to me and it does now. It feels soo good to grow!
