Bass Cellar residents Miss Haze and SkullDuck came down from the northern parts of middle New England to engage in some half hour rotations on the Playground. We went hard and heavy through the whole show, each playing off the others' energy. I led off the show with some heavy MC laden tracks and a new remix by Boston local NM+ of DJ Steppo - Benz as well as Steppo's new tune R9 Eclipse closing out my first set. Next up was SkullDuck, with he and Miss Haze going for two rotations plus a bit before I closed out the show.

I brought some close homies from Boston and Rhode Island to bring garage, footwork, and DnB vibes to Platforms in Providence. For our festive holiday and to celebrate Record Store Day, we have an all vinyl mix coming in for Eyes Low out of Idaho. What a superior selection of fresh wax and classics blended perfectly. 

Eyes Low grew up in Dallas and got into the rave scene and got serious about music in late 90's and early 2000's. The record store became a sacred place for him. He spent the majority of my time pillaging Dallas for anything vinyl old and new. The rest of his time was spent in clubs, bars, raves and warehouses chasing music. He moved to Boise in 2007 and started a family. He still hoards music in any format, and push the sounds of Broken beat as a whole (Breaks, UKG, Jungle/D&B, Hip-hop ect.)
