Catharsis: The process of releasing, and thereby providing relief from, strong repressed emotions //

Catharsis is a collection of thoughts and emotions that captivated my mind for as long as I can remember; I battled with my ego and sanity until I realized the frivolity of everything. This led me to put my faith in Source/Trinity/God/etc.. Just as Jesus’ disciples were reminded to never lose their faith when He calmed the storm in the Sea of Galilee. I’ve been enduring a storm of my own ever since I became “aware”. Catharsis will allow the listener to hear and feel the doubt and clarity that comes with facing a “storm” and getting through it. I tried to include as much knowledge as I could whilst making the content relatable and pleasing to the ears and soul.
