Maxx Gerard (bürgerlicher Name: Markus Gerard, geboren am 15.5.1974 in Linz) ist DJ, Organisator, die treibende Kraft hinter SCHALLDRUKK und aus der oberösterreichischen Hall of Fame kaum wegzudenken.
Seine DJ Karriere begann im Jahr 1988. Im Jahr 2000 wechselte er die musikalische Richtung und hat sich seitdem einem breiten Spektrum der elektronischen Musik von Techno, Goa, Electro, Tribal und Low Minimal über Acid Trance verschrieben. Zu dieser Zeit wurde er hauptsächlich durch Van Bass inspiriert und beeinflusst.

Im selben Jahr begann er auch als Co-Organisator von “TECHNOELEMENT” und gründete die “SCHALLDRUKK” Gruppe, bestehend aus Maxx Gerard und seinen guten Freunden, die seine Leidenschaft, einzigartige Events abseits der kommerziellen elektronischen Veranstaltungen zu organisieren und aufstrebende DJs zu promoten, teilen.
Seine FAIR PRICE EVENTS mit dem gewissen Spirit und seine legendären 3-deck´s-sessions machen ihn zu einem aussergewöhnlichen Teil der Linzer Szene.

Zur Zeit arbeitet sein Team an kleinen Projekten und unterstützt namhafte Organisatoren, die sich gegen die Kommerzialisierung der Stahlstadt verschworen haben und das Motto "TECHNO ist nicht nur MUSIK, sondern eine Lebenseinstellung" mit ihnen teilen. Gute Musik steht dabei an erster Stelle und nicht die Ausbeutung des Partyvolkes! Bei seinen Events ist das Zusammenspiel der Gäste mit dem Veranstalter spürbar, welches geprägt ist von der Harmonie, dem Ideenreichtum, seiner Leidenschaft für die Musik und natürlich von der Vielfalt der elektronischen Styles.

Maxx Gerard (real name: Markus Gerard, born on 15th May 1974 in Linz, Austria) is a DJ, promoter as well as the driving force behind SCHALLDRUKK and therefore he is an essential part of the Upper Austrian hall of fame.
He started his DJ career in 1988. In 2000 he changed his genre to a broad spectrum of electronic music reaching from Techno, Goa, Electro, Tribal and Low Minimal to Acid Trance. During this time he was mainly influenced by Van Bass. In the same year he started as Co-Promoter of “TECHNOELEMENT” and founded the collective “SCHALLDRUKK” – a group consisting of Maxx Gerard himself and good friends who share the passion to organize unique events apart from the mainstream and promote up-and-coming DJs.

(DJDASH) nació en Bogota Colombia, a los 16 años se empieza a interesar en los ritmos electrónicos y todo entorno a esta cultura. Después de dos años decide iniciarse como dj, desde este momento deja clara su pasion por el techno dejandose influenciar por artistas como Marco Bailey, Oliver Ho, Hertz, Eric Sneo, dj hell, The hacker, entre otros. Entre el año 2006 y 2007 creo un colectivo llamado Griffin el cual estaba conformado por dos vjs y dos djs, el objetivo de este colectivo era asociar djs y colectivos de techno y electro en un solo evento para ampliar la escena underground en bogota. En el año 2008 se incursiono en la escena argentina tocando en sitios como jacko’s , la casa entre otros. Apartir del enero del 2009 vuelve a Colombia haciendo parte del colectivo nuthouse, esta vez implementando en sus sets sonidos minimal y techhouse siempre haciendo un enfoque hacia el techno. este mismo año empieza a hacer parte de musique entertainment proyecto reconocido por su evento (musique) con mas de dos años en chacha club. en el 2012 se deja cautivar por los sonidos deep logrando una curva perfecta en sus sets, iniciando por el deep house y terminando con algo de techno muy profundo, este mismo año es convocado para ser el director de la primera emisora web de musica electronica de bogota (cooldradio electronica). a compartido cabina junto a djs internacionales como:  destro (venezuela), D'oeuvre (argentina), ale aciar (argentina), alex kenji (italia), alejandro ferrer (venezuela), george ohara(perú), luigi rocca aka marshall (italia), sounderson (NY), ilario alicante (alemania), sebastien leger(francia), stefano noferini(italia), cid inc (finlandia), john graham(UK), luis junior(españa).
