Do not give up

In the previous version (https://soundcloud.com/michele-ansani/gamma-o) there was excessive sound saturation. I kept only the vocal part (remixed) and redid the piano backing, aiming for a more minimalist result.

I think a good English translation of the original lyrics isn’t easy, but I’ll give it a try.

In a changing world, certainly in the UK, revolution and civil war are just around the corner. This track is intended to offer strength to those who refuse to accept insult. Drawing Out those amongst us who are prepared to say no, when no is required. To stand against totalitarian governments, quangos. ngos's and any other arms of oppression.
So this is what has inspired this piece.

Legend of King Arthur

Story
Kintu & Nambi
Encounter and Trials
Kintu lived in solitude until Nambi found him. To marry her, Kintu had to overcome trials set by Ggulu: demonstrating strength, endurance, and wisdom. After passing the tests, he received permission to take Nambi as his wife.
The Divine Warning
Before departing for Earth, Ggulu warned them not to return to heaven once they had begun their life together. He gave them seeds, animals, and everything necessary to populate the Earth, but forbade them from returning for anything they had forgotten.
Disobedience
Nambi remembered they had forgotten food for their hen and convinced Kintu to return. Upon doing so, they encountered Walumbe, Nambi's brother, whose name means "death." Walumbe insisted on accompanying them to Earth.
The Arrival of Death
On Earth, Walumbe introduced mortality among Kintu and Nambi's descendants. Thus, disobedience to the divine law brought an irreversible consequence: humanity would no longer be immortal.
