'Moving Around' isn't a suggestion, it's an order as Jordan goes old school with rolling bass momentum and a humungous riffy breakdown that will have you breaking out in goosebumps from head-to-toe.

The same can be said for 'Turn it Out'. Another Nocturne order, this one comes with full-flavoured Italo elements and widescreen synth funk. Armed and charmed with gutsy vocals, it's time to rock the house… And Jordan's got just the right materials. Get moving!

A multifaceted artist, Marco del Bosque never ceases to amaze us ! 

With “Is This Love Enough (in Angoulême)”, a track which sounds like an anthem to the kitsch and has-been clubs of our provinces, he sets a new statement in his artistic direction. A true ode to Angoulême, rather famous for its comic book festival, Marco declares the city the new capital of Italo Disco, as a snub to the global craze around a genre that can only be copied. 

Somewhere between nostalgia and modernity, Marco combines old school drum machines, devastating basslines, airy synths, saturated guitar and uninhibited pop chorus, while having fun with clichés. A clever blend of yesteryear atmospheres and current popular music, it's without a doubt in these stereotypes that the most beautiful Italian bangers are forged !

Alberto Melloni, Rimini's unsung Italo hero is a versatile DJ/producer and multi-instrumentalist with an eye for glistening basslines and groovy vibes.

TRAMPA0015 - Picture a neon-soaked cityscape under a starry sky, with palm trees swaying to a pulsating beat. In the foreground, a sleek sports car speeds down a futuristic highway, leaving streaks of light in its wake. Electric magenta, cyan, and violet hues create a lively atmosphere, capturing the essence of Alberto's infectious rhythms and glamorous retro-futurism.

Since the name of the EP is 'Stroken' we simply had to call in Storken for a remix, a match made in heaven, if heaven was filled with disco balls on a party boat cruising through the Balearic Islands.

Moustache Records welcomes Senor Chugger to the label family! His debut EP 'One More Tune & One More Pint' (yes come on let's have it!!) aims to encompass the euphoric feeling of being on a dance floor with nothing but your mates and some good music (and pints). Honestly I'd be happy if that's what's awaiting me in the afterlife. 'Press the Flesh' is the head of our proverbial euphoric snake, making no promises other than you'll have a bloody good time listening to it. 'Midnight Scooter Cruise' is about those last few moments before the lights come on; feeling genuinely happy to have been able to live in the present for more than a few seconds throughout the night and have a laugh - followed by thoughts such as 'Goodness me I'm going to feel horrific tomorrow'. Flipping over to the B side (or the snake's ass, if you will), we have 2 tracks competing for the loudest snare award. 'Head in the Clouds of Smoke' is a nod towards the great times had in the peak of the midday sun at festivals, where otherwise non-smokers inexplicably decide to chuff their way through a 20 pack. Last, but by no means least, 'Newton Abbot Reunion' is about going back home to see old friends - one of the more wholesome hangovers I'm sure you can relate to. Overall this EP wants you to keep on dancing - there will always be one more tune, and one more pint (unless you've had too many in which case don't do that). 'Very very good EP. Love & Danger in Paradise is an amalgamation of ZF's cultural fascinations. Inspired by likes of Vice City, Drive and Giorgio Moroder, for our annual themed compilation project, we sought out artists that create and craft neo-nostalgic sounds.

A retro musical direction drove the selection process, pulling tracks from italo-disco and indie dance genres. Each of the twelve hand-picked artists added a distinctive sonic uniqueness to the album. Cosmic, groovy and melodic club-ready works, all designed to timewarp the aural sense.

This curated collection musters up visions of midnight road trips, neon-lit city wanderings and dark disco discotheques, because in reality - what hath night to do with sleep?

2020 has been an incredibly difficult year around the globe. Akin to previous releases, proceeds from this release will be donated to a charitable cause, specifically, the WHO coronavirus relief fund. The contributions will go towards helping doctors and medical staff across the world, assisting them in battling the pandemic.

People haven't even had a chance to realise that 2021 will be just as weird for the first 6 months and Frankfurt transplant Stefan Haag better known as Chinaski and professional youngster Philipp Lauer already crossed their beams to shed some light into corona-tristesse. City Galerie is a tribute to a mall in the north bavarian town of Aschaffenburg, where Lauer bought his first LPs . Straight up brutalo futuristic architecture. Artwork comes in courtesy of living legend Michael Satter.
