Mortisville and Friends take you on a unique musical voyage, harnessing a myriad if styles from vintage remix, electro- swing and jazz, in a joyfully flamboyant soiree of onstage mayhem. Encompassing horns, synth, violin, vox and sax, Mortisville & Friends have garnered a completely unique style, fusing the driving power of techno and tech house with a canavalesque backdrop of live instrumentation. MAF have wowed crowds at festivals such as Rainbow Serpent, Glastonbury and Womad. 

Bursting onto the scene in 2012 at Rainbow Serpent, MAF have grown effervescently, making the 2am Saturday night slot on the Playground Stage their own. Described by Eamon Armstrong of fest300.com as having the ‘raucous energy of house party at the end of the universe’ they have flamboyantly mutated, harnessing a myriad of individual styles and throwing them into a celestial mixing pot of progressive good vibes. You will forget your woes; your strife and dance vivaciously till you ascend to another plane. Simply put, there is no other act in the world like right now like Mortisville & Friends.

Based in Melbourne, Mortisville has been one of the driving forces behind the growth of Electro Swing and Vintage Remix in Australia. Having promoted nights in Melbourne for the last 5 years, he now co-runs the hugely successful Electro Swing Club Australia, which regularly sells out to over 1000 people and has hosted artists such as Electric Swing Circus, Slamboree, Grant Lazlo, Incontrol, Dr Cat Dutty Moonshine and The Chicken Brothers

As a DJ, Mortisville has rocked stages at Glastonbury, Secret Garden Party, Bestival and Boomtown in the UK, as well Goulash Disco in Croatia and a host of festivals in Australia. These include, Rainbow Serpent, WOMADELAIDE, Maitreya, Strawberry Fields, Subsonic and Pleasure Garden to name a but a few. He also has a number of successful releases under his belt, having worked with Grant Lazlo, Incontrol, Ragtime Records, Green Queen Music, Gentlemen Callers and many more.

Chupacabra is a collaboration of DJs based in London with influences from every corner of dance music, from House and Drum and Bass to Electro Swing and Progressive. 

You can hear them at their many residences at 
Drink, Shop & Dance, King's Cross 
Glow Lounge, Clapham

You can also see them regularlly gracing the decks at Big Chill Bar, Shoreditch or Cruz Del Rey, King's Cross or also at the infamous SW4 Festival after parties.

They first met at the Capital of Culture, Liverpool, where they quickly notched up appearances at the infamous Lemon Lounge as well as playing many times at the likes of Magnet, Barfly, BabyCream, Django’s Riff and Liverpool Guild. They also graced the airwaves every Friday night with their award winning show on Liverpool’s student radio station.
