Présent sur quantité de compilations hexagonales (Hang Up, Aspic, Burning Emptiness, Parametric, 3patttes, Thrombose, Micr0lab, Soundzfromnowhere), Trombone s'affiche comme le trait d'union entre minimalisme pop et musique industrielle par l’utilisation de guitares, séquenceurs, et de sources sonores variées (objets du quotidien, instruments jouet, etc. ...). Cette juxtaposition donne corps à des morceaux rythmiques ou improvisés.
