Pastemonger in its current form was started in 2006 by Dan Hawcroft who has worked in the music industry since 1999 as Tour/Road Manager for Kasabian, Modest Mouse, Capdown, Nick Oliveri and most recently and for the past 6 years Motorhead and also working as Guitar Tech for Biffy Clyro, Reverend &The Makers, Hell Is For Heroes & Hundred Reasons.  Aiming to produce original music using no samples or lifted beats with all music written and played by Hawcroft.  The début e.p ‘Stand For Nothing / Fall For Anything’ featuring Dan Buckland aka The Realist on vocals was all written, recorded & produced in the upstairs of Hawcroft’s house which he converted into a small studio in 2008 and contains tracks from a collection of over 50 finished and previously unreleased tunes and scores.
