The Concept: A hyper-aggressive financial anthem. The rapper is a CEO/Landlord and her "bag" is the property. "No Loitering" is the warning to broke men and basic women. The song is a declaration that her money is active, and she has no time for anyone who isn't increasing her net worth.

The Vibe: The beat drops with an old-school siren sound effect over a dusty Boom Bap loop, which immediately transitions into a machine-gun 808 roll. The flow is fast, dismissive, and intimidating.
