"Interwoven" : A Journey Through Sound and Culture

We are thrilled to present "Interwoven," a 5-track collaborative EP from Iyakuh & Lo.renzo that delves into and celebrates diverse and cherished lineages of sound, woven into a cohesive musical journey. This EP guides listeners through a dynamic spectrum, drawing inspiration from the rich traditions of India, Africa, the Hawaiian Islands, the Andean Mountains, and the Amazon Rainforest of South America.

"Interwoven" immerses you in realms of deep bass, textured beats, downtempo grooves, and tribal dance rhythms, paying homage to the incredible cultures that have deeply inspired us. The EP features live vocals from Luana Schwengber on track 3, "Aina," and includes nature recordings from around the world, captured by the two producers.

Lo.renzo's live instrumentation adds a unique and authentic touch, featuring fretless guitar, sarangi, ngoni, quena, cumbus saz, kalimba, and various percussions. Each track seamlessly blends these elements, creating a vibrant tapestry of sounds that honor and unify these diverse musical traditions.

Each of these songs represents for me an important step in my musical journey.

Lo.Renzo x Martins Garden - Siddhartha

Emile V. aka EMOG is a renowned psychedelic dub music producer from Vancouver, BC. He started his musical journey early, mastering instruments like guitar and piano. Drawn to the psychedelic sound, EMOG began crafting his unique blend of music. He rose from local events to international festivals like Envision, Free Earth and Shambhala, gaining popularity. EMOG released his first EP, "Celestial Tales," in 2013, followed by more EPs and his debut album, "Infinite Horizons," in 2018. Known for high-energy performances, he blends live instrumentation and electronic beats, creating an immersive experience with visuals. Beyond music, Emile also founded Gaia Sound Music Events, organizing gatherings, and contributing to the psychedelic music scene. EMOG, the Ecstatic Music of Gaia, is celebrated for his distinctive fusion of psychedelic dub and trance, captivating audiences, and inspiring fellow artists worldwide.
