Subjects RT-12 and RT-23 are minor-scale reality benders, capable of replicating anomalous items and abilities from a wide variety of fictional universes. Originally, we had the two of them on as hosts, until RT-23 tried to use his “latent Jedi powers” to grab a beer from the break room. This sudden use of freeform anomalous abilities caused the destruction of valuable equipment. Following this, both were reclassified as standard subjects. Additionally, it was discovered that both subjects have a fascination with forcing others into “Death Battles”. This behavior, alongside their vast knowledge of other realities, has identified them as one of the largest threats in the facility. These two are under heavy surveillance for the time being.

This analysis is going to be much shorter, since I haven’t been sleeping well since subject MC-40 showed up. On the surface, he seems to just be an off-color form of a popular fast food mascot. But… There’s something wrong with him. Even late into the night, his creepy laughs and beams of light can be heard and seen throughout the hallways of the facility. It’s scaring some of the contestants, and we’ve barely been able to contain him due to his overpowered nature; not even D-98 or K-11 were this troublesome when they first arrived. We may have a fix, though, but it will take a lot of “nerfing”...and excessive amounts of caffeine.

Reluctant to interact with the technological beasts of the future, Comedy & Tragedy may be knowledgeable in things like the internet and modern culture, yet they fear robots and AI. Realizing that a lot of their fans enjoy the work of these two as well, Comedy was eventually able to convince Tragedy that it would be beneficial to work with them, and it'd be fun to make fun of their stupid metal bodies of course! (Of course, that never happened, they were scared shitless of the robotic tyrants.) Springtrap was a surprisingly good sport, he was not intimidated by the two and was willing to work with them. He wasn't exactly friendly, but he wasn't that disrespectful either...but it won't always be like that. All a part of the plan, gain their trust. Cabinet Man grows hungrier by the minute, and Springtrap is growing tired. They held back when collaborating with these two, knowing it would give them more of a fighting chance against their first opponent, meaning they could finally get the remnant they need to keep fighting on.

[ All that surrounds him is what seems to be an abandoned version of....his cabin??? It takes him a moment but it definitely all his. His drawings all hang on the walls, but deformed and terrifying as rain drips from the ceiling. As he fails to process the horrific occurrence, the answer reveals itself]

???: So, Fancypants. Do you like the new renovations? I know that you were looking forward to dueling with Ms. Komeiji, but I'm sad to say she won't be your guest artist for the evening

Still taking a minute from recovering from the scene beforehand, Fancypants takes a minute before responding

FANCY: Fine, you caught me, now you wanna fight or something? I got a match to win, so I won't be around for much lo-I mean stay here for long.

[The familar yet eternally terrifying entity Zalgar exits his hiding place from within the shadows]

Whether it's a forgettable Yokai or a retired sportscaster, people like us are destined for failure....even my future is uncertain, I was lucky to reclaim myself from the void of obscurity only once, and not everyone is an eternal god of destruction.

So I am offer you a merciful defeat, instead of losing all of your pride to a pathetic contestant who barely crawled their way into Final 4. Go home. Forget about all of this and live with the rest of the time you have left instead of wasting it here.

FANCY:....I know your tricks already ...I will keep fighting until I and the rest of my friends die. Even if we are obscured in the shadows, it only takes on spark of light to bring people back. And I know a lot of people believe me to be that spark

ZALGAR:...I respect you, stickman. But don't say that you weren't warned.

[The rain starts to pour into the cabin. Fancy tries to escape, but an invisible weight holds him in place as familiar faces rise from the ground to mock him. The rain turns out to be no other than ink, and keeps rising faster as Zalgar familiar wails of laughter echoes throughout the room. Quickly the ink rises up to his neck. ]

[ He fears this is the end when, closing his eyes before he has no choice until, suddenly, a loud and familiar siren awakens him from his slumber ]

[ He looks around, everything is back to normal. All of his drawing are untouched and his cabin is the same as he last saw it. However, in the spot where he stood in his nightmare, a patch of ink stains the floor. In the middle lays a cassette covered in black ink, signed with a familiar paw tarnished with a pentagram.]

CREATIVE EXECUTION

Emperor for an Hour is a tournament, styled after Siivagunner’s King for a Day and King for Another Day. While this tournament does not have as much a focus on the music side of things, we will have just as much, if not more of a focus on the art and writing side of things.
