Modular Synth Affection, the Georgian duo consisting of David Lomtatidze (Emperraum/David Germain) and Irakli Beriashvili, blends experimental sounds with deep electronic rhythms on their latest EP 'Legacy of Utopia.' We welcome back Michelle Sparks for another EP on Tronic. This time Michelle delivered two hypnotic, minimal groovers that are made for dark warehouse raves! This release is by Convoke, and it features two techno tracks that combine industrial breakbeats with ambient pads to create immersive grooves that have a dystopian vibe.

Convoke has been making electronic music since the '90s and throughout that time has embraced multiple different styles. Based in Brighton (UK), he has produced music under a variety of different aliases, and these tracks are an amalgamation of his decades long career.

"New Frontier," has expansive pads stretched over a throbbing bassline and crunching breakbeats.

Emperraum is a Georgian DJ and electronic music producer based in Tbilisi, actively exploring hypnotic, melancholic, and chaotic elements. His creative vision is deeply rooted in metaphysical concepts and a higher hierarchy of thought.

Projects before Emperraum

His releases 'Decent Understanding Methods' and 'Love Hate Tragedy' LPs marked a pivotal moment, fusing experimental textures with storytelling soundscapes.

His distinctive sound has earned support from artists like Oliver Deutschmann, Ben Klock, SVRECA, Flavia Laus, Lewis Fautzi, Ben Sims, Evigt Mörker, Dax J, Ellen Allien, Boston 168, Fatima Hajji, and Takaaki Itoh.
