Heatwave - Get Down [Premiere]

How many hours sleep do you get a night? I probably get about 3 hours and then the rest is made up of YouTube rabbit holes! Sicknote has been busy over the last couple of years after setting up Disc World with none60 affiliate Dexta but thankfully he found some time to make "No Sleep" and "Self Destruct" for none60!

"No Sleep" is one of the most industrial pieces of music on our label so far, the eerie atmospherics and overdriven bass notes twist throughout the track and combine with the sparse drums, watch out for those stabs on the breakdown! Definitely one for the small hours!

"Self Destruct" takes a more relaxed approach but is just as impactful! Hypnotic pads, intricate breaks and an incredible rolling bassline all blend together perfectly to act as the perfect foil to "No Sleep"

Do try and get a good 8 hours sleep if you can...

Wreckless returns to Dispatch Recordings with the Keep Trusting EP. Known for his textured, progressive soundscapes and musical storytelling, Wreckless delivers another impressive release packed with depth and intricate melodies that meet technical drum work and contrastingly rough basslines.

The choppy, fragmented beats of “Fix Your Thoughts” set the tone for the EP, before the dark, head-down rolling vibes of “Lights Down” capture the late-night pirate radio energy of Wreckless’ youth. “Ice Lakes” resets the mood, with a glacial atmosphere inspired by ice lake skating. The angular groove of “King’s Knight” gave the tune the name, reflecting the unusual movement.

“Green Room” was written on the night Wreckless first played at a Dispatch Event, channelling the energy of the performance into this full-on tough stepper.

Soul Deep Exclusives & Payback are excited to announce the release of the Algorhythm EP, which is now available in all major digital stores.  The Tamworth native, and Soul Deep regular, comes through with another outstanding collection of Liquid magic.  With consistent releases on Soul Deep and Smooth N Groove, Payback has been creating a buzz with his stellar grooves and technical production skill.  The ‘Algorhythm EP’ kicks off with the title track, Algorhythm, which features perfectly syncopated and snappy drums, gritty mid-bass textures, and a rolling baseline that will move the masses.  “Echoes,” is up next and takes a slightly different approach.  The song is a bit more stripped back, featuring tough drums, a smooth rolling bass line, and growling mid-bassline that adds the necessary bit of edge to the tune.  “Talk Me Down,” is up next and features choppy breaks, pulsating basslines, floating pads, and gritty mid-bass textures.
