LaMetria Sewell, better known by her stage name "Meetchie", is an American artist from Monroe, Louisiana. In 2012, she met Maurice Docman Robinson of Empier Entertainment where she later signed her first deal. Briefly after, while playing around doing the traditional "Texas" freestyle, they later found it wasn't a joke at all. In fact, it would grab the attention of Nicki Minaj while her singing voice earned the likes of Eric Bellinger & Queen Naija. If you threw all of her influences in a blender, you'd get a modern day Anita Baker and Queen Latifah melded into one. Meetchie founded PennedUp in 2018 after the release of her first EP "3:AM".
