I've had the honor to play shows and kick it with *TELEFON TEL AVIV* FLYING LOTUS* ARIEL PINK* Odd Nosdam* Dose One* Jel* MachineDrum* Mochipet* Anasia* Efterklang* Sleepyhead & Mimosa* and many other great artists and heroes over the years. 

I've collected and played Guitars, Bass, Drums, Acoustic + Electronic, synths, samplers, and drum machines over the years which is in my music today. I'm a strong believer in integrating old equipment and new hardware  with all the great software we have today to blur the lines of nostalgia and originality. It's not  about what you use its how you use it and what you make with it. I don’t use presets or stock sounds/loops. I make everything from scratch.

I started recording and making music when i was a kid. I had a casio keyboard, a fisher price microphone, and a yamaha electronic drum pad. I used my karaoke machine to record and overdub tracks onto cassette tapes. Later on I started playing guitar when I was 9, drums when i was 10, and bass when i was 15. I was constantly jamming and writing songs with my friends after school. I got my first drum machine in 1998 shortly after getting into scratching and making mixes on my turntables. i always had a thing for electronic music. I then went on to play in bands like Sign For Stereo, Cloud Archive, and Newblue.

Giant Talking Snails was named by my friend Snoopy after the initials on my Zippo lighter he was borrowing. We played Heavy Metal. He's not in the band any more, but I have had several guest artists. Mostly my parents dogs, birds, and one track with Martin. My genres are various. My love is deap. Most of the songs I write are about women I know. I have two folk-rock albums, an electronica album, and one on the way. Stay tuned.
