Her youtube videos playing the violin over house and progressive house tracks caught our attention already a while ago. NEW EARTH was the perfect track to introduce the promising and very talented female artist to the label. Alfyia is a professional trained violinist and she incorporates that beautiful acoustic instrument into her own productions. The result is a fresh and rich sound. Acoustic meets electronic.
Our label honcho PASSENGER 10 contributes with a remix that takes a clubbier and darker direction but still keeps the majority of the gorgeous violin licks and the well thought-out chamber ensemble chord progressions.
