East & Atlas is the collaborative project of Bruce Gibson and Devin Smith — college friends turned creative partners who’ve been crafting modern progressive and trance-infused anthems since 2016. Built on a foundation of soaring melodies, driving basslines, and cinematic emotion, their music tells an ever-evolving story designed for dance floors and late-night journeys alike.

With early support from global icons like Above & Beyond, Armin van Buuren, and Ferry Corsten, East & Atlas quickly gained traction with standout tracks like “Casablanca,” which earned the coveted “Push the Button” honor on Above & Beyond’s Group Therapy radio show. Their 2019 single “Whispers” landed on Spotify’s curated Night Rider playlist, crossing the 1 million stream mark and introducing their sound to a global audience.

The duo’s growing catalog includes an official remix for Tritonal, collaborations with LA’s Chris Giuliano, and high-energy live performances supporting acts such as ilan Bluestone and Dirty South. Whether on stage or in the studio, East & Atlas continues to push boundaries — blending the emotional depth of trance with the groove and punch of progressive house.

Wow, hadn't realised what a journey SoundCloud would take me on.  After many years of passive listening to music I've dieted on a variety of tastes. My appetite for new sounds is undiminished and SC provides plenty of food. I am not a musician and have only recently started to listen positively to the sounds. My early years began listening to music from ABC, The Beatles, The Carpenters Dire Straits Eagles Fleetwood Mac Genesis Elton John Led Zeppelin Gilbert O'Sullivan Rod Stewart Supertramp Tangerine Dream Vangelis The Who and many more.
