Yin and Yang (n.) - the concept of duality forming a whole. A fundamental premise in Chinese philosophy now transposed to the electronic dance industry through the creation of Proton "Editions". Through encyclopaedic knowledge of the 1,000+ strong Proton roster of labels Tripp Baronner has envisioned a new concept of the principle of seemingly polar opposites, coming together as interconnected and independent universal forces - life and death, the dark and the light: one complete entity.

From a passion for underground progressive house at opposite ends of the audio spectrum - the deep, shadowy atmospheres to the blissful, shimmering melodies, "Yin" and "Yang" were born in an effort to represent this phenomenon in musical form. Each release will provide a single remix of an existing Proton roster track for two inextricably linked labels in the form of a light (Yang) and dark (Yin) edition. Released on the same day, a strong contrast in styles will thus serve to complement each other and nourish the whole.

It is with great pleasure that we present the debut of duo Cannavo & Nesse on Enhanced Progressive! Hailing from the Norwegian woods, Erik Cannavo and Chris Nesse combined their production and audio engineering talents in 2011 to develop their sound and showcase their techniques with compositions such as 'Push'!

Speed Limits, a collaboration between Matteo 'Oza' Gioioso and Espen Lorentzen, deliver their debut release on Enhanced Progressive named Bris featuring the vocals from singer songwriter - Sylvi. 

'Bris' is a beautifully luscious trancer, built upon a huge sidechained bassline and swelling with warmth through layers of pads, ethereal vocals performed by Sylvi and neat pianos.

Introducing a fresh collaboration next on Enhanced Progressive between Speed Limits & T4L!

As you would expect having listened to past releases such as 'Ode To The Wind' & 'Here We Are', Speed Limits inject tonnes of passion into their next track with T4L - 'Solar Guitar'. Opening the production with a steady progressive beat and a beautiful vocal verse, this summer melody develops into a heartfelt breakdown which is every bit as radiant as you would expect.

Also in the release comes another collaboration in the form of a remix from Poland's Mario Ayuda & Chris Callado as they add their own sparkle to Solar Guitar.
