Ben Flatt was born in Cologne in 1988, the first of five children in a large musical family. His father was a singer and his uncle was a DJ/producer so he was immersed in music from an early age.

At 14 he got his hands on some turntables and began experimenting with electronic music. Initially he worked mainly with Schranz and Techno but moved towards Deep House and  Melodic Tech House, which remain his passion today.

Ben’s first gig was for around 100 revelers and his Uncle’s party in 2006. This was just the beginning and he’s since been a regular in Gummersbach and Cologne clubs, such as Artheater , Zimmermans ,Elektroküche, Königswasser, Kunstbar, Bogen 2

In 2015 he took another step towards his goal of producing his own music by completing an Ableton based Producer Course, at the EMD in Cologne-Ehrenfeld.
