"Music is feminine, it lies, waiting to be fertilized..." 

 - A kind of ambient track - no repetitive beats. But there is a deep kick or two. Watched a program about Richard Burton and sampled the TV using Android Voice Recorder app. Used LMMS to get the synths, delays and a soundfont that has noises of kitchen utensils and stuff. 120 BPMs but I may upload the 184bpm version - sounds pretty much the same but the delays are quicker and the track is shorter..

Becoming The Universe

Q. Why or how did you choose your bandname?
A. Well it wasn't easy picking a name because so many things play into it. I have to say though that after thinking about my music, I noticed that it is PURE within it's genre. I do not mean that as a pun. What I mean by it is this, too many bands/artists move away from their roots. I hope never to do that. Also, I like the way Pure Ambien Drone can be shortened to P.A.D. All of my music involves synthesizer pads so it was fitting.

Q. Do you play live? Where? Do you like it? Any special moments?
A. I can't even imagine playing my genre of music live unless it was at a library or a mattress store ha ha! Ok, maybe a stress clinic LOL.

Q. How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
A. It is awesome because now anyone can have their music heard. I love the idea of building a site and placing my music online for everyone to enjoy.

Q. Would you still sign a record contract with a major label?
A. Only if it opened more doors for people to hear my music. I certainly wound not want to be tied down creatively by them though. I would have to think about it.

History:
Oh man, I have been doing this type of music for awhile now, but only recently under the assumed name Pure Ambient Drone. I started around 2002. A friend of mine brought over a keyboard and I got to play with it for awhile and just fell in love. 

It wasn't long before I had my own keyboard and was writing tunes. At first ambient soundscapes were not my focus. One day though I put one together while playing around with some cool sounds and POW I noticed I had a knack for it! 

I actually now own the keyboard my friend brought over that day and it is very special to me because he committed suicide and I have it to remember by.

Q. Who or what are your musical influences?
A. Oh man! REALLY? Everyone and everything! I live in Missouri and we have some of the most beautiful places to visit out here. I was raised in a military family and have been to a lot of places all around the world. I have listened to so many types of music from Germany to Italy to the USA. Movies are a huge influence for me. I love science fiction films. They have a huge impact on my music.

I like MOBY, Enya, Enigma but also like Rock music and so classic country. Bluegrass is always good stuff, ya bluegrass I said. It all contributes. I think what really sticks in my head are the old German tunes my mother would play when I was a kid. They had some really cool riffs.

Q. Your favorite spot or city?
A. I use to live in Naples Italy and I really miss it over there. Someday I may return but for now it's good ol' Springfield, MO!

Q. What equipment do you use? 
A. Oh you had to ask! :) I have a select group of analog and digital equipment that I use. My secret weapon is the Yamaha AN1x. Anyone who has ever played one of these will know why! Also my Yamaha SY22, Moby used one on some of his albums. I also have an Roland MC-303 and the Roland F06. I don't use a lot of software synthesizers because of two main reasons. First, I think they sound too think and cold. Second, there is no character to them, they just are. I like the feeling of analog. I love used things that someone use to own and played on.

Ambient album first sketches

Enorasis project create music like Ambient, Electronic, New Age, Music for films, Italo-disco, chill out, Ethnic.

Enorasis Project band Formed in 1990 as a metal band and it ended a few years later.
Since November of 2011 i started all over again, using the same name but with different music genres like ambient, electronic, new age, music film, Italo-disco.   

About me
I live in Greece, Athens. I am an amateur musician and started playing music, since I was 15 years with my first Spanish guitar. Then I bought an electric guitar and electric bass, and played the piano was acquired for my sister ! 
I heard from my three years the Pink Floyd on t.v and I was touched forever !
Also hear and the Jean Michel Jarre first time at my 15 years and and later the Vangelis Papathanasiou (Vangelis) Αnd thus ι entered the world of electronic music !
Currently i playing synthesizers, piano and bass guitar.
