Lea Jaunakais is an accomplished entrepreneur as well as the President and Owner of Industrial Test Systems, Inc. She helped found Tiger World in 2007, which is a non-profit animal conservation and education center in North Carolina focused on the rehabilitation of large cat species. She is currently based in South Carolina and is passionate about her work each day. She received her bachelor’s degree in Biology and Animal Behavior from Arizona State University, before receiving her MBA from the University of Southampton. Lea Jaunakais has a wide range of experience in various fields, including manufacturing, research and development, sales and marketing, and plant management.

Michael Luzich is a talented businessman, entrepreneur, and founder of Luzich Partners in Las Vegas. On top of his career, Michael is the founder of Luzich Racing, where he races internationally with Ferrari. Michael's interest in cars began in his 20s, and he soon got into club racing and, as his interest and skills grew, he got more involved in the formal racing process. In his first season racing, Michael won the World Title in the GT Open Championship.

Michael Luzich enjoys racing because of the extraordinary feats accomplished by both man and machine on the course. Racing is an exercise in physics and one that requires incredible wit and focus; while it can be draining, it's a good intellectual exercise.
