Our control room is equipped with the latest technology creating a superior recording experience for bands and solo artists. The vibrant and spacious live room has lots of natural light, with direct sight lines to the control room.

The studio is centred on the Solid State Logic Matrix2 mixing console; a 40 input analogue summing mixer with DAW integration. As such, a hybrid mixer with the sonic advantages of analogue systems coupled with digital workflow control.

Mayfield Studios is situated in an elevated position, with attractive panoramic views over treetops to the waterside, including the city of Portsmouth, the Solent and Isle of Wight beyond. It’s an ideal environment to inspire creativity and promote mindfulness.
