We are delighted to present a special selection by Enzo Muro, one of the most prestigious figures of underground LA. The music enthusiast had his first approach when he was in Peru back in the 90s when the top DJs of the moment instilled his passion to play music on his own. 

Since arriving to Los Angeles in 2004, he has established the distinguished Bamboocha Radio and has been a main promoter of the underground party scene of the city, allowing him to connect and share his passion internationally.

Bio:
Kelly Kellam, a.k.a. Kellam, first got involved with dance music in New York City where he quickly became a fixture in the underground dance music scene and has rapidly gained acclaim internationally. He has most recently taken a role in Thailand at the W Retreat Koh Samui as the W Music Curator and resident DJ where he is programming the events there for 2015 in addition to regular tour dates. He also founded and curates Access Underground in 2015, a mix series on Mixcloud that has already received acclaim and had listeneres listen to over five million minutes on this channel. A great success being that it launched in June 2015.
His positive energy and knack for weaving together deep grooved melodic tracks has made him a rising star in the dance music world which has landed him bookings at some incredible festivals, warehouse parties, top clubs and events internationally; Most recently including the USA, Singapore, Germany, Morocco,
    
and Bangladesh. He has also played regularly at top clubs around the US, including; Output(NY), Marquee(NY), Project LA(CA), Bardot(CA), Treehouse (Miami), Burning Man, and the infamous underground/afterhours club in NYC ‘Beef Cuts’.
Kellam's dynamic sound ranges from warm sunrise sessions with a deep melodic groove, to dark funky grooved deep tech houseWhether it be a sunset on the beach, 3am in a warehouse, or a mellow sunrise, he will have you tuned into the moment with special selection of tunes that will capture and direct the vibe appropriately. He constantly digs for tracks and integrates sounds that will always keep you moving & in a euphoric rhythmic groove. He tunes into the vibe and has a way of sculpting the energy of the room through his music selections and how he threads together a dynamic range of melodic and syncopated rhythms.

It wasn’t long ago that I never considered DJing or had any knowledge of the underground dance music scene whatsoever. In fact, it was at burning man many years ago that I had my first crash course in exposure to it at all.  I remember the first time I came to DISTRIKT in 2010 I was so blown away by the complete wild nature of this seemingly never ending block party that was completely encompassed with a totally inviting family vibe; While the DJs, who were completely foreign to me were making everyone dance in rhythm with each other.  Fast forward many years and there I was, walking into the DJ booth, playing on the Wednesday line up, of which I personally knew all the DJs. As my music career has started and grown, which such a burning man influence, so has my musical direction.  With this set I completely went with the flow of the day and started with a very techie vibe, taking over from where Muffs & Mykola left off, and let music naturally flow from techie, grooves day time vibes to just open, progressive tech vibes. I am so happy to have been invited to join the musical family at the DISTRIKT, and really hope you enjoy this set… Looking forward to seeing you all this year at the burn!

Kelly Kellam aka Kellam, is a DJ Music producer, event producer and music curator out of New York City.  Most recently he has taking the role as Director of Audio at the Assemblage, NYC, following his role as Music Curator and resident DJ for W Hotels in south east Asia. Over the past 10 years he has really carved out a name for him self on the international stage and has played all over the world and along side an incredibly long list of industry icons, from Asia, Europe, Africa, and central America, as well as all over the United States. He has also played festivals all over the world, including innumerable sets at burning man, to include atop of the legendary Robot Heart bus, Distrikt, Trifucta, Pink Mammoth to name a few. He has been a regular in the underground scene in NYC playing at many of the top underground venues, events & warehouse parties. 
Kellam has an incredible ability to tune his dynamic sound to the vibe and take people on a journey infusing organic instrumentals with a deep rhythmically grooved underbelly. From mid tempo organic vibes to driving rhythms & melodies, he will set the perfect soundtrack to the experience at hand. Kellam integrates sounds that will always keep you moving & in a euphoric rhythmic groove through his curious sound that blends deep house, electronica, progressive, techno, and indigenous inspired grooves; always attuned to the moment.
