My musical portrait (Classical- Contemporary)

The worldwide Piano Soundboard group constantly give challenges to it's members. This keeps the creative juices flowing & provides a great way for talented musicians to compare their musical ideas. This challenge was created around the theme of only two chords. Any genre was permissable & even though we only had two chords to work, you'll agree the results are amazingly wide ranging. A piece in 5/4 that uses different versions of only two chords, F and GbMaj7/Bb. It also has 2 different 4-note isomelodies over the repeating 5-note accompaniment pattern that eventually combine into an 8-note isomelody.

The title is a phrase from The Listing Attic, by Edward Gorey.

This evening my improvisation was made for Two Chord Challenge on FB. It is an impro that tries to depict two flowers, on a beautiful day, sometimes shaken by the wind, always agreeing in their movement. So... for me a relaxing vision that we often need.
