Next on ICONYC Noir we welcome back Erik Euwe with 'Nightdream'. Hailing from the Netherlands, Erik returns after his triumphant Skybass release on the label last year, with a lovely progressive and melodic techno influenced track, which is easily one of his best body of works to date.

The original mix features rich driving textures; as well as euphoric and moody progressive melodic techno vibes to satisfy clubbing, uplifting and feel-good needs, which are the keywords for this beautiful release. Utilizing a hypnotizing groove as the basis of the mix underpinned by a deep bass that gradually eases its way to the breakdown, before unleashing into a rising melodic hook intertwined with the infectious groove that fades in and out for maximum effect. A sure winner. Essential stuff!

Christian Schwarz also returns to ICONYC Noir, after remixing Erik's 'Skybass' last year. He delivers a gem of a remix with his underground techno rework. Christian's remix is peppering with driving dance floor techno beats, filtered stabs and stunning groove which leads into a drop full of tension and excitement, with the pouncing bassline powers the groove along. Christian manages to keep the energy up throughout, allowing the driving melodic techno feel to shine thru over the many layers and textures to create a beautiful techno soundscape to round off this classy underground crowd pleaser.

Erik Euwe's 'return to ICONYC Noir with 'Nightdream' including the massive Christian Schwarz workout, really shows that there're no boundaries, as this beautiful club burner guides you to a dance floor heavy, melodic hug of a release that will leave you with many smile induced moments! Not to be missed.

William Medagli, Thallulah & Shemsu mark their debut on ICONYC with their brand new single 'Arizona' that delivers a slice of early spring vibes. The track kicks things off nicely with its melancholic moodiness shining through as we meander effortlessly through club inspired melodies, while the sultry chords sit wonderfully on top adding an extra layer of depth. The trio's trademark beat manipulation is prevalent, as all manner of elements drift in and out of earshot. Perfect for beat loving club crowd and to get you in the mood for a big night out.

OIBAF & WALLEN, who need no introduction created a rework full of tension from the word go, as the atmospheric vibe subtly keeps you moving with warm tinkling sounds, a smooth edge and some nicely effected sounding pieces. We basically have the formula for a bit of a monumental outing. The sparseness is the key here, as their restrained gem works its magic while it plays away, creating a warm glow, creating an air of sophistication. "Essential stuff!"

Next up we have Paul Sawyer, the English maestro known for his polished sound, keeps the ethereal theme of the original alive, as the pulsating bass powers along, before its drum fills and general warmth all combine to do the talking. Like something from yesteryear, yet sounding fresh – His transcendent touch up takes the energy levels up a notch, but increases the melancholy with stripped back and lucid elements at the same time, before the luscious pads grace the rework changing the vibe and creating a blanket of warmth that wraps around the effected groove.

Last but not least we have a remix courtesy of Arash Shadram, who delivers a trademark deep melodic mix with infectious chords, intense drums and smooth breakdown. It's all about the groove, cool melodic vibes and the driving beats that are working their magic around Arash Shadram's wonderfully arranged keys that create an irresistible rhythm while clever chords take the mind on a trip.

With 'Arizona' William Medagli, Thallulah & Shemsu really show that there're no boundaries, as this beautiful melodic gem guides you to a full-on club laden, melodic hug of a release that will cause many smile induced moments!
