*Alex Ackermann, based in Frankfurt/ Germany, has acquired an unbelievable portfolio of sounds within electronic music in his many years as a DJ.

a year of MORII - a year that changed my life.

I started this show on @di.fm a year ago to express myself as a storyteller, a creative & a tastemaker in doing things that I've specialized at best over the last eight years of my life in the music industry.

To commemorate this very special occasion of the show, the format naturally shifts as I formally begin to include guests to be a part of this journey, guests that I love associating myself with on every level, providing us their amazing guest-mixes that properly expresses them to you, their story as they truly want it to be told in the best way we know how.

Starting off with the very first guest on the show is my very good friend, fellow promoter/organizer, DJ & most importantly an extremely experienced raver over the course of 15 - 20 years in the Indian scene, please give a warm welcome to Prosper on the show.

Prosper has a natural affinity for identifying amazing music that stands the test of time that holds testament to the amount of time & energy he has dedicated in his life towards experiencing the electronic music scene in our country over the last decade. His love for doing the right thing by pushing local talent in the scene alongside international superstar DJs with his very own @gratitudeeventsco is truly immeasurable. Having hosted international progressive superstar @dmitrymolosh recently last year in their first showcase during November @heliumpune followed by a variety of local homegrown showcases over the months making amazing parties promoting new, exciting and unearthing new talent, nurturing their journey in the scene from scratch.

His spirit of helping everyone grow together and doing the right thing binds very strongly to who he is as a person & is something to be inspired of for all of us in the scene as is also rightly described by his music taste on his powerful guestmix featuring @travis.jesse, @mikerish, @guyjdiary, @fortycatsgram & many more.

Pas de chichi, un set qui n'est pas uniquement composé d'unreleased (je n'en ai pas), ou de morceaux hyper pointus (j'ai pas le temps de digger), mais un set improvisé en direct en fonction de la vibe, du ressenti, avec des morceaux plus ou moins récents, entre melodic house, afro house, nu disco et melodic techno.

Un set qui me ressemble et qui rassemble, qui se voulait festif et accessible tout en restant dans les styles que j'aime jouer en public dans des lieux pas trop pointus. Et tout ça en harmonie bien sûr ;) (in key comme on dit)

I lost my darling one month ago today on the eve at the end of this Darling themed Splore. He was best friend, my lover, my partner in crime, my adventure buddy, and my number one fan.  
It's still so incredibly hard to believe he is gone.. 
I am so very thankful we got to spend such a beautiful and magical last weekend together doing what we loved with all our Lucky Star friends at Splore.  

This set was inspired by the theme and therefore Simon too.. I haven't played electro swing in years but had included some in this mix as it was the genre we bonded over when we first met in 2012.. This mix has now become more potent than ever.. 

We were both so excited that I got to play before international producer and DJ Franca B2B Madmotormiquel.. I've discovered Franca has very similar taste in music to me so she has become an absolute favorite of mine. It was an absolute honor and seeing her and Madmotormiguel play on the Saturday eve a highlight of the weekend for us both. You can hear her mixing into my last track at the end so I kept it on the recording..

Melodic Journeys Part 3

Kicking off year 5 of TSM Reports with a duo mix from crew members, DnD. (Dendritic 'n' darb) While each of us have submitted individual mixes in the past, this was our first time doing our dj homework for TSM Reports together and we're very proud of the resulting mix! We start out from a quieter place in organic house, though we both feel the first track is actually a light and floaty deep house vibe. Those first few tracks serve as an intro that slowly brings the energy up until we're ready to take you into progressive house territory. The energy continues to trend upward through progressive, eventually moving into more of a dark melodic techno feel towards the end, culminating in a finale that goes every bit as hard as the beginning is soft. We hope you enjoy the ride as much as we do! Much love!! <3

emma tree is an eclectic DJ who currently resonates most strongly with the experimental and retro frequencies of Indie Dance.

A child of the 80s bought up on pop and classical who also has a past life inspired by the alternative band scene and the first days of Rave. These influences continue to inspire her today..
 
emma tree began her creative journey as a photographic artist and is now on a mission to explore the magic of the aural realms.  Her main love is to craft a set that poetically weaves a story or encompasses a theme, feeling or vibe. 

Ms Tree is continuously branching out to discover new territory and express herself through the medium of electronic dance music.  Each set is unique, a work of art from the heart..  A heart infinitely entranced by the magic created when two tracks blend perfectly together.. 

Whatever the genre, emma tree is always drawn to the fresh and unusual, lush or quirky melodies, and deep resonating bass..  She always endeavours to make her sets interesting, emotive, uplifting.. and most of all danceable.

I cherish the sounds that we are able to create using digital, and analog machines - an extension of our human minds and imagination. 

The artist formerly known as The Kid Inside, Akiva is a melodic house and techno producer/DJ/live act based in Los Angeles producing and curating music inspired by the progressive house scene of the early 2000s. 

Topping Beatport charts with music on U.K. underground labels Deepdowndirty and Gibbon Records and the progressive U.K. powerhouse, Pro B Tech Records. Resident on Saturo Sounds with a monthly radio and podcast series, and Identity Presents - the premier LA-based event curator, hosting and playing with Modus, Galestian, Cid Inc, Miyagi, and Dave Seaman. 2021 saw Akiva assume the role of A&R for the Saturo Sounds label imprint, releasing the "Sounds of Saturo, Vol. 2" compilation. Charting at #7 in the Melodic House and Techno, #4 in both Progressive and Organic House, #1 in Breaks, and number #4 Overall charts. Closing out the year with the #1 Progressive House release thereafter. 

Akiva started his journey through music with Jaco Pastorius. The rhythmically diverse and bass-driven fusion style, presented to him by his father and uncle's jazz records, prompted his purchase of an Ibanez bass guitar. Along with jazz, he developed a love of smooth tenor and alto saxophones and string sounds of the violin and viola through his love of classical music. 


While he was jamming out to heavy metal and classic rock in high school, Akiva discovered electronic music on NYC's KTU station. Akiva immediately started playing progressive and goa-psytrance songs with his friends at parties. House and techno music were still considered underground at that time. As the scene grew, both in NYC and abroad, he spent waking hours adding to his music collection and refining his production skills. Akiva brings passion from all of his beloved musical genres, world music, and the classical inspirations of old school techno and house, focusing on the ethereal and deep techno melodies found across the world today.

We are a 501 (c)(3) non-profit dance music organization seeking to raise funds for good causes via dance events, as well as foster community and share good music via this account.

The Alchemist began his love for electronic music in the 90's with Much Dance collections, listening to the latest Chris Sheppard Pirate Mix Radio show. Listening to Mc Mario at the Dome.

In 99 fell in love with European Trance and started spinning on Sovereign of the Seas. Living in the eastern Caribbean. 

On his return to Ottawa Canada started working for after hours clubs and the top clubs in Ottawa. He then moved to Vancouver to enjoy life. 2007 he returned to Ottawa to raise a family.

In 2021 The Alchemist was named, and returned to the decks, after being inspired by melodic techno and progressive house.  Teaming up with M4GNVS he returned to the scene starting progressive house after dark Sundays on blast the radio. Then landing the coveted Friday Night CluBTR Friday nights.

THE Alchemist will be performing this year for pride, he is a friend to the LGBTQ COMMUNITY.
