Dutch powerhouse duo Magnificence teamed up with Russian ace Shapov for their collaborative release, ‘Unboring The Future’ late 2019. With the original release of ‘Unboring the Future’, Magnificence & Shapov gained much praise for their signature and groundbreaking sound. While the original is still being played by fans all around the world, new versions are teased during the iconic ‘Magnificence Lockdown Sessions’ livestreams during the previous months. In August 2020, it’s finally time to release the long anticipated official remix package with no less than 9 fresh new directions of perhaps one of the most iconic tracks in the recent electronic music history. 

With both acts cementing a soaring reputation as ‘the future of house music’, this dream collaboration has now transformed into a reality. For the remix package, both artists invited their favorite young producers from today. Deniz Koyu's earlier single "Next To You" gets not one, but two new remixes from Denis First and DØBER. Each gave the summertime anthem their own sonic touch. Protocol newcomer Denis First delivers bouncy, driving basslines and upbeat synths in his groovy remix, which is perfect for radio play and easy listening; he already has official remixes for the Backstreet Boys, Steve Aoki, R3HAB, and Sofie Tukker on his resume, and now he can add Deniz Koyu to that list. Protocol's very own DØBER takes a funky, deep approach to his remix, with underground beats and cinematic instrumentals for an after-dark vibe.

Hot on the heels of their recent release "Complete Me" with DØBER, Teamworx and Protocol return with five official remixes of their earlier single "Can't Get Enough" from some very talented up-and-comers. Nicky Romero's label, along with the Israeli duo, held a remix contest in partnership with VIRPP, a music discovery platform that can curate hundreds of unreleased tracks to fit a label's unique target market, using their AI and user-rating system. From over 500 submissions the Protocol crew chose three (from Bosto Leon, Rob Laniado, Mountain) that stood out as extraordinary among the crowd to complete the package and add to the two they already had prepared (from Azooland & CORX, Luca Testa). Bosto Leon impressed them so much with his big room house submission that Teamworx collaborated with him on the official remix. Through VIRPP, the chilled-out vibes of Rob Lanaido and Mountain's funky house style earned them spots on the "Can't Get Enough" remix EP. Rounding out the compilation is Azooland & CORX's bass-influenced big room remix, as well as Italian DJ/producer Luca Testa's hardstyle rendition.
