This is an upbeat and completely improvised little piece from 2006, "Almost Lost", with the emphasis on the Almost part. I love putting part of the intro ... into the outro, and this time it really worked well IMO. All Yamaha great again here, DX7II D and TG300 mixed with the crunchy sounding RY10 drum machine. I bought, used, sold, sometimes bought again, all kinds of gear. What's strange is that some of the stuff I used quite a bit, appears nowhere in any of the music that I saved. Weird! 

The title came from this period of time being a hard one, but I still persevered and stayed on the grassy side of the Earth. In the end, not lost at all.

A cover of Buoy Base Galaxy from Super Mario Galaxy. This cover was finished back in June, but Cohones' debut album was pushed back to accommodate for other members. This version is different from the one that appears on the album: this version was rendered to fit my channel's standards regarding loop counts, whilst the album version (and the rest of the album, no less) was mixed by amphobius.

Another Shovel Knight cover. I've been trying to get a working sound out of this track for a while. This track took a different approach for me. Gone are the guitar sounds I've used before. Replacing them is the DAC channel using a randomized custom waveform. The original chipset for the Genesis could be jerryrigged to play more than one sample at the same time, so this one is playing three or four depending on the situation. Drums are them FM and Noise based. I like the sound alot and I'll be remembering it for later tracks.
