Q&A with @Jesse-JacobMusic

1. What/who influenced you to start producing music?

Music was always a big thing for me throughout my life. I had a good friend who was already producing for 5 years and he showed me the basics of producing. At that time I was listening a lot to Hip Hop and he learned me to make some basic beats. I got into house music through another good friend of mine. We went to a party and I fell in love with the house music. Now im kind of producing 24/7 besides work. 

2. You’re also known as @DeHeus, your techno alias. If you had to pick only one genre to listen to would it be house or techno?

If I have to choose one it’s house. The grooves and the more happy vibes is what get me. But it depends on the moment really.. sometimes you just want to pump some moves on crazy techno beats 

3. Who are some of your favorite up-and-coming producers? Shout out some of your homies!

Vanell, d’fekt, Wachsmuth and Classyc, keep your eyes on these guys! They have a lot of unreleased material which is banging! 

4. Tell us the best joke you've heard recently

Oh man.. dutch jokes translating to English doesn’t make them funny anymore. I guess I will leave this one up to the imagination..

5. Drop some wisdom, any advice to the up and coming producers?

The best advice I can give is don’t give up! There are a lot of times when you’re frustrated about a project or where something is going. I have find myself a lot of times in this position. Your inspiration can be blocked but that will go away by time. Start something new and don’t force yourself to make something, that will only make it worse.. 
And something else, if you don’t know how to do something, watch tutorials... something I surely don’t do enough myself.
