We Are Eternal Music begins with its first two-tracker, written and produced by label founder Piotr Walder, aka We Are Eternal. After releasing two full-length studio albums and various singles and EPs on international labels, Piotr— a multidimensional music artist and sonic architect known for weaving downtempo soul journeys and high-frequency trance activations into powerful ceremonial experiences—decided to launch a label dedicated to music that touches the boundaries of consciousness. WAE’s sound bridges genres, realms, and timelines, inviting listeners into transformative portals of embodiment, remembrance, and cosmic alignment.

Timeless is a midtempo, psychedelic groover with a foresty, swamp-like atmosphere and Native American flute samples that transport us thousands of years back to archaic times and lush rainforests. Beloved uncle Terrence’s profound citation in the drop opens a portal for transcending the personality self and touching our eternal nature, while emotional duduk lines take us even deeper into ecstatic trance.

Back To Nature begins a bit darker, with a heavy kick and twilight forest field recordings. Its trancy, progressive bass pulls us in right away. A heavy, straightforward snare and crisp hats cut through moody psychedelic synths, while, over time, warmer organic sounds of kalimbas and drums pave the way for epic arpeggios that draw us into ecstatic, primal dance in the forest. After the peak, the Native American flute leads us out of the darkness Back To Nature, transcending sacred chaos into pure groovy bliss.

These tracks are an ode to the rapidly growing independent festival scene worldwide and its inexpressible influence on the music scene and the lives of our generation.

PREMIERE: We Are Eternal - Back To Nature [We Are Eternal]

The debut EP from electronic live duo Stereocalypse on Siamese Records.
Title track ‘Lace Star’ is a subtle yet hypnotic record. Sterocalypse utilise the full duration of the track to add layers to an ever evolving soundscape, with a guitar, echoing synths and a subtle bassline coming together towards the track’s climax.
It’s followed by the humorously titled ‘Not A B Side’, an atmospheric cut with a fusion of percussive and electronic elements giving it an exotic feel. The EP rounds off with ‘Shandy’s Eagle’; showing a little more of the duo’s experimental side, its trippy synth layers and soft bassline make for an ideal way to round off this eclectic EP.
Stereocalypse aim to combine experience and instinct, analog feeling and modern textures in their boundary-free work. A completely new project from two experienced producers, the ‘Lace Star’ EP is a statement of intent from the duo.

Exclusive Impérieux 'Inat'

Something's bubbling up on Sum Over Histories' stove. Known for its carefully chosen musical pieces, Frankey & Sandrino's label kicks off 2019 with Impérieux's two tracker 'Mehmed' - an artist and crowd favourite over recent weeks and months. 

The EP's title track, 'Mehmed', precisely depicts Alper's - Impérieux's real name – next stage as a producer. Skilfully elaborated soundscapes meet whizzing percussions that remain in the background and allow the dusky chords to create a sentimental ride through different emotional states. Neatly addressing one's mind, the track consciously plays with the extremes of light and dark in a continuous and alternating manner without giving in to either one of them. 

The Turkish and Bulgarian word for stubborn, 'Inat', marks the name of Impérieux's second track of the EP. The initially introduced vocal-snippets allude to this specific mindset. In combination with the pummelled keys, 'Inat' evokes the impression of the artist directly following his imagined musical path. 'Inat' is so clearly arranged and so profound in its use of mental soundscapes that it's impossible to withdraw from it at any point. 

Impérieux not only gives some deep insights into his current state of mind with 'Mehmed' but first and foremost delivers an EP that satisfies a thoughtful dance floor.

Impérieux's EP 'Mehmed' will be released February 8th, 2019 on Sum Over Histories.

Frankey is the pseudonym of Frank Beckers, and one half of Frankey and Sandrino, who have been releasing quality house of the likes of Innervisions, Drumpoets and many other labels of the last years. Beckers here drops two essential cuts for Poker Flat Recordings. 

'Dream' is deep and driving, utilising interesting melodic timbres such as a kalima to add depth and dynamics. 

'Rotary' is similarly adventurous yet firmly wedded to making people move - a stirring groove underpins various bleeps, blasts and shuffling sounds, before an epic bassline takes things to a new level.

Copenhagen’s Nandu is a fast rising artist who imbues the idea of the smooth DJ transition into his new productions for Frankey and Sandrino's Sum Over History label.

After releasing his 3rd solo album One Man’s High Is Another Man’s Anxiety on Connected in the fall of 2018, and with a long line of cutting edge releases on labels such as Exit Strategy, Azzur, MoBlack and Rebirth, the always atmospheric Nandu brings plenty of new perspective to house and techno. As this new EP title suggests, 'Transitions' assembles various sounds, elements and ideas for three tracks that skip back and forth between various electronic sub-genres.

The fantastic opener unites deep soundscapes and a ravey, euphoric passage of synth work influenced by the 90s. Starting off with a bouncy bassline, a single key synth fills the high frequency space as an acid bleep brings more energy and helps the track surge into the future before finally bringing you back down again. It is truly a lesson in electronic ingenuity.

The same can be said of 'Stjerneskud', with a forward marching bass line, raw like a wooden plank, paired with melo-driven synth pads that slowly fade in and out. They make for a beautifully tasteful track that Nandu says is dedicated to his son.

Lastly, 'Found A Way' emphasises the soundscapes that 'Transition' and 'Stjerneskud' partly hinted at.

Built around multiple synth chords that create a mix of euphoria and sentimentally, Nandu implements vocoder-edited vocals before a big break, then the return of the synth-melody and the bass which carry you away.

From deep, dark and raw sounds to acid and euphoria, Nandu's three tracker offers a brief history of electronic music's many influences all smoothly blended into something new and fresh.
