Dreaming and the imagination are keys to visualization and are important for recreating and remodeling our life and world - opening doors and letting down walls that reveal spaces previously unseen and unknown.

Knowing and remembering to direct my thoughts and emotional energy towards the FEELINGS I desire to experience is essential to becoming lucid, especially during moments of stuckness or overthinking.

Everything is malleable... as lucid as flying, but only if I can stay awake and aware of my emotions and the deeper layers of my thoughts in each moment, can I truly fly.
