An orchestral piece I made ages ago in FL studio - I think I had Shostakovich in mind at the time of writing this which I think shows in this piece, slightly, although obviously this is nowhere near his level. I've used BBCSO Pro for this. The piece has a rather depressing atmosphere, although it could be seen that it awkwardly transitions to hope towards the end, at least it is trying.

Dark Star Prelude is the orchestral theme composed for the main menu of Dark Star, a video game currently in development.

Set in a world scarred by reckless ambition and biotechnological horror, the music of the prelude echoes the grandeur and mystery surrounding the fall of Biochemicals Conservation S.A. and the birth of the Entities.

From the very beginning, the player is immersed in a universe where science and madness intertwine, where impossible creatures —made of flesh, metal, and sap— lurk even within dreams.
